The self-adhesive surface allows each support to be positioned easily in the correct area and helps keep it securely in place during use. Its slim-edged, gradually raised design follows the natural shape of the foot arch. Each pack contains one pair, with two gel arch supports in total.

Clean the inside of the shoe and ensure that it is completely dry.

Remove the protective film and position the product beneath the inner arch, between the heel and the forefoot.

Press the product firmly for a few seconds to secure the adhesive surface in place.
