Clean the inner back section of the shoe that comes into contact with the heel and dry it thoroughly.

Remove the protective film from the heel grip and position it horizontally on the inner back surface of the shoe.

Press firmly for a few seconds to secure it in place, then repeat the same steps for the other shoe.
